Due to the nature of the promotional products industry, the products (if imprinted and manufactured according to the specifications) are non-returnable since they are of no use to anyone except the purchaser. As a result, all orders (with the exceptions below) will require a 100% prepayment at the time that the order is initiated. There may be slight adjustments to the initial deposit such as: Over/under runs, Shipping variables, Breakage Miscellaneous charges. Any price adjustments will be reflected in the invoice and whenever possible prior to delivery to the client. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover from those clients not desiring credit terms or those who do not issue Purchase Orders. Corporate Purchase Orders Purchases made via a completed corporate Purchase Order will not require a deposit if the purchaser has completed a Credit Application with Bama Jammer. The purchaser must be properly approved for credit and the purchase must not exceed the approved credit limit. Payment in full is expected upon delivery unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing prior to placing the order. Accounts are considered delinquent 10 days after the invoice date. Interest of 1.5% per month will be charged on all delinquent accounts. Large Orders - Orders purchased through a Corporate Purchase Order may require a deposit if the amount of the order exceeds certain limits. Credit Applications - Credit Applications may be requested by phone, fax or e-mail.

We always need Camera-Ready Artwork. Artwork must be PC compatible in CDR or EPS format. Artwork in any other format may not be "opened", sized and manipulated by us and therefore does not give us the freedom that we need to work with your design and layout.
